Navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and connection.

Who am I? What do I want? Where do I belong?

The transition into adulthood is full of questions—some exciting, some overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating career decisions, relationships, family dynamics, or your sense of identity, this time of life can feel both full of possibility and riddled with uncertainty. You may feel pulled between who you’ve always been and who you’re becoming. You may sense pressure—from society, family, or even yourself—to have it all figured out.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I offer therapy for young adults (ages 18-30) who are seeking greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful relationships. My approach is relational, experiential, and rooted in attachment and human development—helping you explore the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that have shaped you while supporting your growth into who you truly are.

Therapy for Young Adults Can Help With:

  • Identity & Self-Discovery – Understanding your values, strengths, and the person you’re becoming.

  • Attachment & Relationships – Exploring how early relationships influence connection, intimacy, and trust.

  • Navigating Life Transitions – Moving through change with clarity and confidence.

  • Family & Societal Expectations – Untangling external influences to build a life that aligns with you.

  • Perfectionism & Self-Doubt – Releasing old narratives and cultivating self-trust.

  • Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Support – Learning to move from stress and overwhelm into grounded presence.

An Experiential & Nature-Based Approach

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about experiencing, exploring, and reconnecting with your deepest self. I integrate equine-assisted therapy, ecotherapy, Gestalt therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness to support healing that goes beyond the mind. For some, this means working with horses, stepping into nature, or practicing nervous system regulation through movement and breath. For others, it’s deepening self-awareness through relational work, attachment exploration, or online therapy.

No matter where we meet—in nature, in the presence of horses, or virtually—we’ll create a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and step into a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
