Individual Therapy

The word psychotherapy consists of two Greek words: psyche (soul) and therapy (care). By definition, psychotherapy is care of the soul. When you serve your soul, you are being therapeutic in this deep, Platonic sense.
— Thomas Moore

I specialize in nature-based psychotherapy with individuals 18 years old and above. Sessions take place outdoors most of the time; whether that’s at a ranch in Morrison, by a creek near my office in Wheat Ridge or at a local park in the area.

I am also happy to provide virtual sessions to Colorado residents who prefer to connect via telehealth.

Psychotherapy will include components of talk therapy, psychoeducation, and experiential work. I partner with nature and horses in therapy so that my clients can experience healthy relationship in a nonjudgemental environment, practice self-awareness, self-responsibility, and begin to reconnect to their authentic selves through their instincts and intuition.

Sessions are 55 minutes or 90 minutes in length.
